Teaching Fellow for MBB/Harvard Summer School in Trento, Italy

Professors of the Mind Brain Behavior/Harvard Summer Program are seeking a Teaching Fellow (TF) for their summer course in the charming mountain town of Trento, Italy. The first 4-week course, Windows into the Structure of the Mind/Brain (MBB S-101), reviews methods from cognitive science to neuroscience to cellular and clinical neuroscience. The second 4-week course, The Cognitive Neuroscience of Film (MBB S-105), explores the psychological and neurophysiological mechanisms that underlie the experience of the movie viewer.

Duties and Responsibilities
Attend instructor’s lectures
Lead discussion sections and review sessions
Serve as course web-master
Assist with exam preparation and grading
Meet with students during office hours
 
Requirements
Graduate student with background in psychology or neuroscience
Strong communication skills
Prior teaching experience preferred
Available between 1 June and 27 July 2019
 
The TF must stay for the whole 8 weeks and will receive airfare, housing, a meal-plan, and a salary (TBD) for teaching.
