#  MBB Seminar Courses - Updates and Study Card Signing (Spring 2015) 

 



**STUDY CARD SIGNING**

Shawn Harriman can sign study cards for MBB 980 courses as per arrangements below. He will be available in William James 284 on Thursday, January 29th, from 2 to 6 p.m. and on Friday, January 30th, from noon to 5 p.m. (To get to 284, turn left upon exiting a building elevator; the MBB offices will be straight ahead.)

**MBB 980d - Conscious Perceptual Experience, Mondays 1-3 p.m., Daniel Pollen** -- Wait listed students have been emailed, and course is currently full.

**MBB 980e - Music, Mind, and Brain, Mondays 3-5 p.m., Peter Cariani** -- If you did not attend the first class meeting but would like to be considered for this seminar, email Dr. Cariani at <cariani@bu.edu> as soon as possible. Depending on timing, you may need to add the course.

**MBB 980g - Origins and Evolution of Cognition, Tuesdays 2-4 p.m., Irene Pepperberg and Guven Guzeldere** -- The first meeting will take place Tuesday, February 3rd. Admitted students have been notified. A few spots are still available in this seminar and are available on a first-come, first-served basis during study card signing this afternoon.

**MBB 980h, What Disease Teaches about Cognition, Tuesdays 5-7 p.m., William Milberg and Michael Alexander** -- The first meeting will take place Tuesday, February 3rd from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Admissions decisions will be made then, and if you are admitted, you can get your study card signed at class and can submit it by 7 p.m. without incurring a late penalty. (In case space is not available for you on Tuesday, have a Plan B study card ready to submit.) Study cards will not be signed ahead of the Tuesday class.

**MBB 980k, Fighting Cancer with the Mind, Wednesdays 1-3 p.m., William Pirl** -- Course is currently full. If you did not attend the first class meeting but would like to be considered for the course, contact <wpril@partners.org> as soon as possible. Depending on timing, you may need to add the course.
