Jennifer Leestma was awarded a two-year MBB Postdoctoral Fellowship in July 2025. Jennifer's MBB project explores whether reconstructive surgical approaches can be used to create new neural pathways for controlling assistive technologies. She is advised by Shriya Srinivasan in SEAS and co-mentored by Matthew Carty of HMS and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
