# Research Assistant Positions: Cultural Evolution and Psychology of Story Research Assistant Positions: Cultural Evolution and Psychology of Story Dr. Manvir Singh, Culture, Cognition, and Coevoluation Lab, Human Evolutionary Biology (FAS) fall 2022 Seeking research assistants with interests in narrative, cultural evolution, and human universals to assist with research on cross-cultural patterns in story. **Duties:** The project will involve reading through myths, stories, and folktales to compile a cross-cultural database of story with the goal of identifying universal narrative patterns. Students who get involved may be invited to lead their own independent projects using the data they help to gather. **Other Information:** The position is volunteer; hours/week and start date are flexible.
