Sleep, we all know we need it, and most of us have at one time or another felt the consequences of getting too little of it, but WHY? Come and learn from cross disciplinary thought leaders as they discuss the biological and psychological underpinnings of sleep, the effects of too little sleep on cognition and academic performance, and the potential for future technologies to monitor and/or improve sleep quality.
