Interdisciplinary Mind Grants
MBB Interdisciplinary Mind Grants
MBB funds are available to graduate students and postdoctoral trainees doing interdisciplinary work between traditional fields. These grants may support research, conference travel, summer lab exchanges, and other interdisciplinary experiences. We plan two application cycles - one in the fall and one in the spring. Awards will generally range from $2.5K to $10K and are traditionally budgeted to be used within one calendar year. The critical case to be made here is that the proposed activities will broaden the interdisciplinarity of your training.
