Research Assistant Positions: Children’s Beliefs about Humans’ Relationships with the Nonhuman Natural World

Our lab’s research focuses on how infants and children make sense of the social world, including how they learn about social relationships, hierarchies, and networks, as well as how demographic characteristics influence their understanding of these concepts. Our lab also explores how children develop relationships with the nonhuman natural world. Responsibilities of the RA position: RAs will help develop stimuli for studies with children and adults and conduct qualitative analyses by identifying themes in participants’ responses. Requirements and Expectations: 10 hours per week, including two hours for the weekly lab meeting. Additional Information: This position is available for course credit and is primarily in person, with some flexibility to work virtually on certain days.
